Brad Pitt is reportedly filed new documents amid his legal battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. The Bullet Train star made new allegations against the Maleficent star in the new court documents obtained by Radar Online.
Angelina Jolie Refuses To Cooperate Amid Legal Battle With Ex Brad Pitt?
Pitt filed new documents amid his legal battle with Jolie. He alleged that she is "refusing to produce any documents" until her motion is heard by the judge, Radar Online reported.
The Ocean's Eleven star also claimed that Jolie and her company are "trying to shield even the agreements concerning the purported sale at the heart of this dispute."
Pitt sued Jolie earlier this year for selling her shares in their $164 million winery business. The former couple purchased Chateau Miraval, a home and vineyard in the South of France, in 2008.

Pitt and Jolie reportedly envisioned it as a family business for their children. However, Jolie sold off her stake to Tenute del Mondo, which Pitt wanted to be nullified as they agreed not to sell their stakes without each other's consent. According to him, Jolie "sought to inflict harm on him" by selling her interest in the wine company after their separation, People reported.
In a previous filing, Pitt's lawyers alleged that Jolie "sought to force Pitt into partnership with a stranger, and worse yet, a stranger with poisonous associations and intentions."
Pitt considered Miraval as his "passion" project that grew "into a multimillion-dollar global business and one of the world's most highly regarded producers of rosé wine."
However, Jolie sold off her shares to Tenute de Mondo, which is allegedly "bent on taking control of Miraval." He claimed that the company is "indirectly owned and controlled by Yuri Shefler, the Russian billionaire who controls the Stoli Group," and it is trying to take over the business and get a hold of "confidential and proprietary information for the benefit of his competing enterprise."

Angelina Jolie Filed A $250 Million Countersuit Against Brad Pitt
Jolie's company Nouvel countersued Pitt for $250 million. The Salt reportedly actress said, per Radar Online:
"In retaliation for the divorce and custody proceedings, Pitt embarked on a multi-faceted, years-long campaign to seize control of Chateau Miraval and appropriate the company's assets for his benefit and that of his own companies and friends."
Pitt allegedly wasted the company assets by "spending millions on vanity projects, including more than $1 million on swimming pool renovations and other funds restoring a recording studio."
Nouvel also accused Pitt of having "attempted to turn over 50% of the ownership of Chateau Miraval's most valuable assets, the Miraval trademarks" for free to one of his pals."
Jolie also claimed that Pitt failed to provide an alleged agreement that they promised not to sell their stake without each other's approval.
