K-drama fans will be seeing more of Yoon Chan Young this 2022.

After landing his breakthrough role in All of Us Are Dead, the 20-year-old actor is set to appear in another series.

Yoon Chan Young Courted to Star in Upcoming Drama Delivery Man

A representative from Yoon Chan Young's agency Snowball Entertainment confirmed that the actor is in talks to headline the cast of Delivery Man.

As obtained by Newsen, the actor "is positively considering" to join as one of the lead stars and will portray the lead role.

Delivery Man follows the story of a taxi driver who grants the ghost's final wish.

If Yoon Chan Young accepts the offer, he will transform into the mysterious taxi driver.

Set to be produced by KT Studio Genie, the upcoming K-drama is wrapping up the castings and aims to start filming soon.

The upcoming K-drama is among Yoon Chan Young's slew of projects this 2022.

His popularity skyrocketed after joining the cast of Netflix's All of Us Are Dead alongside Park Solomon, Cho Yi Hyun, Park Ji Hoon and more.

In the blockbuster K-zombie series, the 20-year-old actor took on the role of third-year high school student Lee Cheong San.

Apart from raking millions of Instagram followers and gaining global popularity, All of Us Are Dead opened more opportunities for the actor.

Life After Netflix's All of Us Are Dead

Weeks after the K-zombie series was released, Yoon Chan Young headlined a teen noir K-drama, Hope or Dope.

Released on March 25, the actor transformed into the model student Gong Yoon Tak. His once boring yet peaceful life turned chaotic after he crossed paths with the mysterious Kyung Da Jung, played by Won Ji An.

Ahead of the filming, Yoon Chan Young gained praise from the production team, noting that he was the perfect fit to play Gong Yoon Tak.

As cited by a local outlet, the production team lauded the actor's transformation "from the tone of his voice to his facial expressions," noting that these will surely captivate viewers with his "detailed portrayal of Gong Yoon Tak's emotions as the character faces a crisis that is too much to handle at a young age."

Apart from his back to back projects this year, Yoon Chan Young has appeared in several notable K-dramas like Six Flying Dragons, where he played the role of young Byun Yo Han, Thirty But Seventeen as the younger version of Yang Se Jong and Do You Like Brahms? as the pianist Seung Ji Min.
