There's no stopping Yoon Chan Young from reaching greeting heights after joining the cast of All of Us Are Dead.

Released on January 28, the Netflix series immediately gained hype and received an overwhelming response from the viewers, lauding its unique plot, stunning visuals and perfectly lineup cast.

On top of it, Yoon Chan Young mesmerized millions of viewers, portraying the role of Hyosan High School's junior, Lee Cheong San.

With his group of friends, Choi Nam Ra (Cho Yi Hyun, ) Lee Soo Hyeok (Park Solomon,) best friend Nam On Jo (Park Ji Hoo) and more, they tried to survive the zombie-filled campus despite getting no rescue or help from the outside.

As the K-zombie series continues its global popularity, the 20-year-old actor is headlining a new series.


Yoon Chan Young New Drama: Teenage Noir Drama, Juvenile Delinquency


At the height of All of Us Are Dead mania, the rising star confirmed his appearance in the upcoming series, Juvenile Delinquency.

According to Soompi, the teenage noir drama focuses on 18-year-old Kyung Da Jung, who her parents used as a drug mule.

Apart from her bizarre relationship with her family, the drama will also uncover her troubled and complicated past.

She then meets a country boy named Gong Yoon Tak and takes him on his journey as they unexpectedly discover a marijuana field.

The 20-year-old rising star is set to play Gong Yoon Tak in the upcoming series, while Won Ji An will portray Kyung Da Jung.

Viewers might recognize her from Jung Hae In and Goo Kyo Hwan's Netflix series D.P, as well as the star-studded holiday film, A Year-End Medley with Lee Dong Wook, Han Ji Min and more.

Aside from Yoon Chan Young and Won Ji An, the Juvenile Delinquency cast includes Han Se Jin and newcomers Yoon Hyun Soo and Yang Seo Hyun.

Interestingly, the Juvenile Delinquency release date is set on March 25 and will air via streaming service seezn.

Did You Know? Yoon Chan Young Stared as a Child Actor

Although the K-zombie series All of Us Are Dead skyrocketed his fame, Yoon Chan Young has been in the entertainment industry for years. In fact, he started out as a child actor.

Debuting in 2013, the now rising star first appeared on the small screen, taking the role of young Yeon Woo Jin in When A Man's in Love.

He continued starring in various K-dramas taking supporting and bit roles. He also appeared in Six Flying Dragons, Dr. Romantic and The Bride of Habaek.

Interestingly, he won his first award at age 13, bagging Best Young Actor at the 33rd MBC Drama awards and 3rd APAN Star Awards for the K-drama Mama.

Prior to All of Us Are Dead, Yoo Chan Young's first lead role was with the 2019 SBS youth drama Everything and Nothing, opposite STAYC's Park Si Eun.
