Alien: Blackout Officially Announced for Smartphones

Alien: Isolation was a fantastic stealth game that also acted as a sequel to the films, so fans were pretty excited when Alien: Blackout was registered and rumored. The game is finally official but gamers might be a bit disappointed to know that this is a mobile game instead of a "proper" console/PC title that many were hoping for.

Developed by D3 GO, who made the Marvel: Puzzle Quest game for mobile devices and other gaming systems, it looks like the title will still be a stealth title. Players control Amanda Ripley, the daughter of Ellen Ripley and lead character of Isolation, as they try to escape the wrath of the Xenomorphs.
