Alice in Borderland Season 2 is coming to Netflix in December 2022, according to the streaming giant, who confirmed the news at a virtual Japanese Festival event. It was speculated that Alice in Borderland Season 2 will be released in Spring 2022, but it looks like fans will have to wait until Winter 2022. Since Season 2 was released in December, it seems Netflix wanted to keep the same release date pattern.

It was previously revealed that filming for Season 1 is expected to wrap up in December 2021, but post-production could take more time to complete. After all, the series does rely on high-budget visual effects to bring its scenes to life. It's also possible that other major shows are scheduled to release in Spring 2022, and Netflix just doesn't have a spot for the popular Japanese series.
