Spearheaded by Lee Jae Wook and Jung So Min, Alchemy of Souls is a Saturday-Sunday tvN Kdrama written by the Hong sisters, Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran. The series tells the story of young magicians who deal with both heaven and earth.

The trailer for Alchemy of Souls Episode 1 begins with a visual of Go Yoon Jung as Nak Soo. She stands alone on a frozen lake and reveals her strong presence, facing an army.
Her powers get shaken in the midst of indiscriminate attacks by several sorceresses and it was not enough for Nak Soo to escape the challenge.
Nak Soo is forced to flee from Park Jin (Kim Tae Hwan) after being trapped in the body of the weak-minded Mu Deok Yi, which will be played by Jung So Min.
Another point to watch out for is when Park Jin revealed that Nak Soo will find a knife that can free her from entrapment.
