Akira Toriyama Shares Character Insights For Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Characters

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero recently became the fifth-highest grossing anime movie of all-time in the U.S. box office, and fans from all over the world have been talking about the film that focuses on Gohan and Piccolo instead of Goku and Vegeta. The film centers on the Z-Fighters' conflict against the newly-revived Red Ribbon Army, their two new androids, and a bigger threat. Now, Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama has recently shared insights about the major characters featured in the movie.

As the official Twitter account of Dragon Ball Super recently shared, Toriyama shared some insights about Piccolo's new transformation known as "Orange Piccolo", Gohan's new form known as "Son Gohan Beast", and the gigantic villain, Cell Max, whom he describes as an "uncontrollable monster". He explained why he designed them that way.
