Despite the fact that Rosario Dawson's casting was already made official months prior, Ahsoka Tano's appearance in The Mandalorian Season 2 still made a lot of jaws drop. But the most intriguing bit of her Mandoverse debut had something to do with the female Jedi teasing the appearance of Grand Admiral Thrawn in the Star Wars live-action universe. Longtime followers of the franchise are aware that Ahsoka and Thrawn have never met in the canon universe so it begs the question: what exactly does Ahsoka want from the Star Wars Rebels baddie?
Speaking of Rebels, several reputable sources have reported about the alleged money castings of Mena Massoud and Lars Mikkelsen and it only made the rumor mill spin even harder. Now, Ahsoka Tano herself Rosario Dawson seems to confirm that both actors are in fact joining her in the upcoming Star Wars spinoff show. On Instagram, Dawson reposted a fan's Instagram story update about the rumored involvement of Massoud and Mikkelsen in Ahsoka and by the looks of it, Rosario has sealed the deal once and for all.

Of course, some of you may think that Rosario's post doesn't exactly hold any weight until Lucasfilm officially confirms the casting. While that's partially true, I'm pretty sure the actress wouldn't be putting out juicy information on social media if she doesn't know anything about the behind-the-scenes aspects of her own series. I mean, do you really think Dawson would pull a galactic blunder? I don't think so.
Ahsoka is currently in development.
