aespa, although they only debuted in November 2020, already savored most of the recognitions some idol groups have not received yet.
Since the girl group's debut, they successfully garnered different awards and recognitions for their performances and albums. In addition, their songs conquered different charts already – from Gaon to Billboard Global 200.
As they prepare for another music soon, their previous projects still get enough attention for them to earn another milestone. For instance, their 2021 hit song Next Level grabbed another honor for the group.

aespa's Next Level Reaches 200 Million Views
aespa's official Twitter account sent a heartfelt message to fans after they formally got their second 200 million views with Next Level.
"aespa 'Next Level' hits 200M views! Thank you so much for your love and support," they captioned the post.
It has since been confirmed that the music video officially reached the mark on January 28 around 1:15 a.m. KST. The girl group released it on May 17, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. KST, which means that it took them eight months and 10 days to grab the mark.

Aside from the YouTube milestone, the song also helped the girl group to get nominations and wins from different award-giving bodies. This year, Next Level got a nomination for Artist of the Year (Digital Music) – May at the Gaon Chart Music Awards. It then won the Digital Song Bonsang at the Golden Disc Awards.
Meanwhile, the same song scored a nomination for Song of the Year at the Melon Music Awards won the Best Dance Performance – Female Group at the Mnet Asian Music Awards last year. It also joined the list of nominees for the TikTok Song of the Year at MAMA.
aespa Previously Reached the Mark With Black Mamba
aespa is no longer new to a similar recognition.
Previously, their Black Mamba scored 200 million views 423 days (one year, one month, and 28 days) after its release. The same song served as the girls' debut music where they presented their signature universe and æ-avatars.
Still, Next Level beat Black Mamba as the 2021 song reached the mark faster than the debut track.
As of the writing, aespa's Savage has already recorded over 100 million views, and it will surely reach the same honor soon.
