Netflix has been busy preparing for the Defenders, a series gathering all of the site's Marvel heroes together into one grand small screen Avengers-like team. There's been a lot of promotion for the series during the past few months – a few posters, interviews, images and behind-the-scenes videos here and there.
Now, somehow a behind-the-scenes video of the series' production has made its way online through YouTube channel ComicCon.news, and fans can get to have their very first look at the New York City on-location shoot. Check it out down here:
In the video the entire cast is complete, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, Mike Colter's Luke Cage, Simone Missick's Misty Knight, Charlie Cox's Daredevil, Finn Jones' Iron Fist and Jessica Henwick's Collen Wick. The group are making run for it, leaving behind a bunch of bloody and bruised people in their wake. The situation seems pretty serious – a seemingly injured Misty is being carried by Luke. Though there's still no word on what scene the cast could be playing out, it's obvious that it's one with a lot of action and an enemy.
The Defenders releases sometime in 2017.
