Also known as Cuckoo’s Fiancee, A Couple of Cuckoos is a manga by Miki Yoshikawa. It was originally a one-shot but was adapted into a manga and serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. Shin-Ei Animation and SynergySP saw the potential of the manga and decided to adapt it into an anime. A Couple of Cuckoos episode one is set to release in April 2022.
The story is about Nagi Umino, who discovered that he is not a biological child of the family he knows. This made him decide to look for his real family. On the way, he accidentally meets Erika Amano, a popular celebrity who escaped an arranged marriage.

A Couple of Cuckoos Episode 1 Release Date
A Couple of Cuckoos will be part of the spring 2022 anime lineup. It will premiere on April 23, 2022 in Japan. Japanese fans can anticipate the episode on TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation block. International fans, on the other hand, can stream the episode on Crunchyroll.
Although fans can no longer watch for free on Crunchyroll, becoming a member is not a bad idea too. Crunchyroll members are given exclusive perks like ad-free shows and offline viewing. There are tons of anime available on the platform too.
