7 Star Wars Cocktails to Make Your Holidays Merry and Bright

What do holidays, family gatherings, and The Force Awakens parties have in common?  They’re all perfect opportunities to try out themed cocktails! 

Take your guests on a tour across a galaxy far, far away with these Star Wars inspired drinks.  Be careful:  The last one might blow you away.   

  1. Bantha Milk

    Ingredients:

    3 oz. milk 1 oz. cream 1 oz. coconut rum 1 oz. amaretto 2 oz. blue curacao

    Shake everything up with ice and pour it into a chilled glass.

  2. Tatooine Sunset

    Ingredients:

    1-2 ounces Skyy vodka Orange juice Lemonade 1 slice orange 1 slice lemon 1/2 ounce cherry brandy Grenadine Ice

    In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the vodka, then fill it most of the way full with orange juice and lemonade, and stir.

    Add a lemon and orange.

    Slowly pour in the brandy and grenadine.

  3. Utinni

    Ingredients:

    .5 oz Creme de Cocao .5 oz Creme de Menthe 1 oz Kahlua 2.5 oz Cream

  4. Dagobah Swamp Soda

    Ingredients:

    2 oz Bacardi® light rum 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps 1/2 oz Grey Goose® Le Citron vodka (or other lime vodka) 1/2 lime (about 4 wedges) 12 fresh mint leaves 3 oz club soda 2 tsp sugar Ice

  5. Qui-Gon Gin

    Ingredients:

    1 oz Gin 2 oz Melon liquor 1 splash Lime juice Fill with Tonic water 1 Lime wedge 

    Mix the first three ingredients in a highball glass and top with tonic water.

    Garnish with a lime wedge and, if possible, use a green glow stick as a stir.

  6. Han Solo

    Ingredients:

    1.5oz Coffee Liqueur 3oz Irish Cream 2.25 oz Vodka Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

  7. Death Star

    1 oz Jagermeister 1 oz triple sec 1 oz vodka 1 oz whiskey 2 oz sweet and sour mix 2 oz (or more) cola

    Place all ingredients into a glass with a Death Star ice sphere in it.

    Stir to mix ingredients.
