Like any successful sitcom, Abbott Elementary on ABC has managed to bring in some amazing guest stars. Sometimes they’re just one-time appearances like Bradley Cooper or Kevin Hart, but other times they have pretty significant roles in the season like Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton) playing one of Barbara’s old students who was a liason for Legendary Schools.

With the series now in its fourth season, here’s a wish list of some actors that should definitely show up in the series and make for some fun banter with the kooky faculty of Abbott.

Terry Crews

Before he was in Abbott Elementary as the over-serious teacher Gregory Eddie, Tyler James Williams was a child actor in Everybody Hates Chris, a sitcom about the rough upbringing of comedian Chris Rock.

Terry Crews (White Chicks, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) played the part of Julius, Chris’ dad in the show who was known for bring cheap. Crews is actually reprising the role for an upcoming animated reboot of the series continuing Chris’ journey through adolescence.

It would be fun to see Crews and Williams reunited onscreen, and everyone knows that Crews is very much a comedic powerhouse he would definitely be able to play around if they brought him into Abbott.

Since Everybody Hates Chris was already mentioned…

Chris Rock

With the series already bringing in Kevin Hart for a short appearance as himself, maybe they can bring in comedian Chris Rock for a guest spot as well.

Just like with Crews, this is a bit of meta-casting since Tyler James Williams played the part of Rock himself on Everybody Hates Chris; so it would be fantastic if they could get the two together onscreen for whatever kind of interaction.

Maybe they can play a flash forward where Rock plays an older Gregory Eddie, but maybe it would be fun if Rock would show up as Gregory’s laid back uncle, who would be the opposite of Gregory’s uptight military dad played by Orlando Jones.

Lindsay Lohan

Before she was a tough-as-nails teacher in Abbott Elementary, Lisa Ann Walter was best known for her small part as Chessy in the hit Disney movie The Parent Trap starring Lindsay Lohan.

Walter pretty much celebrates being involved in the film and has even told People that she would love for Lohan to make an appearance on the show. While Lohan could pretty much play anyone in the series, it would be great if she was a former student of Miss Schemmenti; or someone she used to babysit.

Amy Poehler (Specifically as Leslie Knope)

With Parks and Recreation having a positive message about public service and its workers, Abbott Elementary is pretty much the same, only it sheds a light on public education and the people who make it happen.

Janine Teagues, with her positive attitude and abysmal charisma, is essentially a new version of Amy Poehler’s Leslie Knope; and the two can easily just spend the day feeding off each other’s positive attitude and how they can help make everyone’s lives better with public service.

If It’s Always Sunny can make a crossover with Abbott, why not Parks and Rec?

Donald Glover

Back when Abbott Elementary first came out, Donald Glover (Community, Solo: A Star Wars Story) was one of the earliest people to praise the series, and he even gave creator Quinta Brunson a guest spot in his music video Little Foot Big Foot. Maybe it’s time for Glover to make an appearance in Brunson’s work now?

It’s also easy to forget that Glover’s big break was playing Troy Barnes in Community, which was also set in a school.
