The creators of Dark, Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar, are back with a new mystery-horror series on Netflix. This actually isn't the first time the new show, entitled 1899, made headlines on the internet. As a matter of fact, it was revealed in June 2018 that the two creators signed an exclusive multi-year deal with Netflix. Months later, the two announced that their next Netflix project will be 1899.

1899 follows a group of immigrants from European as they travel to New York City from London onboard a steamship. When they come across another migrant ship in the open sea, mysterious things start happening around them.

Will There Be an 1899 Season 2?
