Technical glitches on streaming apps aren't new when you think about it, but the unthinkable happened as HBO has apparently leaked the first hour of Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League weeks ahead of the 4-hour comic book film's highly-anticipated release. The glitch has led to a lot of fans who were just intending to watch Tom & Jerry to briefly see the Snyder Cut in all its glory and possibly learn what all the hype was about.

Naturally, several videos from the HBO Max leaks quickly surfaced all over social media but as of writing, they have all been taken down. We've yet to get a detailed explanation as to what exactly happened but apparently, Snyder himself has already learned about the unfortunate incident and he doesn't seem too pleased about it.

In his latest conversation with insider Grace Randolph, Snyder tried to act all cool, calm, and collected following the incident but when asked how he feels about the glitch, he simply said: "roll with the punches, I guess, as they say."

Some fans believe that the entire glitch is just a marketing ploy by Warner Bros. and HBO Max to keep fans hyped about the DCEU project. And to its credit, even without the unnecessary tactics, the film has been generating organic reactions from fans the last couple of weeks and it's pretty safe to assume that a lot of people are eagerly awaiting its release.

Now, the question of course is will it be able to live up to the hype? As a diehard DC fan myself, I'm optimistic that the Snyder Cut does well because quite frankly, the director, producers, actors, and pretty much all the people involved in making this project possible deserve it.

Zack Snyder's Justice League hits HBO Max on March 18.
