If you've ever wanted to know what it's like to be in the armor of Iron Man, then you might have been happy to see the reveal of Iron Man VR for PlayStation VR. Announced during Sony's abysmal State of Play presentation, the Marvel title was revealed first and has since gotten fans interested in it. From what was seen, it does look like decent enough fun and is a huge improvement over the PS3 Iron Man games.
The game will have Tony Stark confronting people who are trying to take him down, which is par for the course for Iron Man. It will be interesting to see which Marvel characters appear in the game, with many of us wondering if we'll see Pepper Potts or Happy Hogan. Villains like the Crimson Dynamo and Iron Monger would also be nice to see but we can't be sure.
Marvel.com has confirmed that Iron Man's armor in the game was designed by Adi Granov, who many know as the artist who did the Extremis arc of Iron Man with writer Warren Ellis. Granov also did a lot of concept art for the Marvel Cinematic Universe so getting him to help out was a smart choice.
Iron Man VR comes out sometime this year.
