There's no denying that comic book film fans are all pumped up for the arrival of the mutants to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and while it's already been confirmed that an X-Men reboot is in the works, we still don't have any idea how Marvel Studios will incorporate them to the billion-dollar franchise. Well, by the looks of things, it seems like the current plan is to bring some of them individually as opposed to what the FoxVerse did when they debuted an already established mutant team.

We've all heard rumblings about Wolverine's potential debut in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and apart from the claw-slashing and cigar-smoking outlaw, another beloved mutant is set to make her MCU debut in an upcoming film.

According to a report from insider Daniel Richtman which was shared by Twitter page @MutantsUpdate, Ororo Munroe aka Storm will make a cameo appearance in Thor: Love and Thunder. Key details regarding her alleged involvement in the Chris Hemsworth-led project were not disclosed.

As it stands, nothing has officially been confirmed yet so of course, like any other rumor, take this one with a huge grain of salt. I gotta say though, the idea of Storm making her official debut in Love and Thunder doesn't make that much sense, and given her Wakandan ties, one would think that she'll actually make an appearance in the upcoming Black Panther sequel. Unless Thor 4 actually features T'Challa's home country.

Thor: Love and Thunder will premiere exclusively in cinemas on July 8, 2022.
