Wonderful World is a revenge Kdrama that follows the story of Eun Soo-hyun (played by Kim Nam-joo) as she seeks revenge after losing her son.
With the system failing them, it makes a lot of sense that Soo-hyun would seek revenge on the person responsible for her son's death.
She befriends Kwon Sun-yool (played by Cha Eun-woo), a former medical school student who takes matters into his own hands.
Is Cha Eun-Woo the Villain in Wonderful World?
When we first come across Cha Eun-woo's character in Wonderful World, we come to realize that he might have something to do with the death of Soo-hyun's son. But as the show progresses, we get to realize who the real killer is.
It turns out that Eun-woo's character, Kwon Sun-yool, has hit rock bottom after his family gets connected to a crime. As he lives away from the spotlight, Sun-yool works at a junkyard and has a double life.
It's easy to assume that Eun-woo will have a protagonist role in Wonderful World. After all, he typically portrays romantic hero roles in other Kdramas. Seeing Eun-woo as a rugged character in Wonderful World is a breath of fresh air for his avid fans.
Sun-yool and Soo-hyun later forge a unique friendship as they bond together through their losses and heal together.
Who is Wonderful World Kdrama Villain?
At this point, we don't know yet who Soo-hyun is really going after in Wonderful World. But thankfully, we know that it's not Sun-yool.

Some have shared that they will continue to defend Eun-woo's character even if he becomes the villain in this Kdrama.
Meanwhile, some have commented that Eun-woo was not the right choice for the role since his character is a rugged guy. Having Eun-woo play the son of a rich guy did not make sense since he had "perfect skin"
