Who Is the Man-At-Arms?
In the Masters of the Universe stories, the Man-At-Arms is a warrior from Eternia.
The role can be passed on from one person to another, but for most of the 2021 Netflix series Masters of the Universe: Revelation, the role is held by Teela's father, Duncan.
In the first episode of the superhero series, Teela is supposed to take over the role herself, which doesn't come to fruition due to a series of complications.
By the last episode, Andra, rather than Teela, takes the mantle and becomes the new Man-At-Arms.
Meet the New Man-At-Arms Voice Actor in Masters of the Universe: Revolution
In Masters of the Universe: Revelation, Duncan, and consequently, Man-At-Arms, is voiced by actor Liam Cunningman, whom we all know and love from his Game of Thrones role as Ser Davos Seaworth.
Of course, this is going to change in the MotU sequel, Masters of the Universe: Revolution.
Now that Andra is the new Man-At-Arms, the character is going to be voiced by the one who lends her voice to Andra; Tiffany Smith.
You might know Smith from her portrayal of Meghan Markle in Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, but her career also includes appearances in various superhero movies and shows in the vein of Masters of the Universe.
In the recent Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Smith portrayed Orgocorp Host Friniki. The actor is also known for the role of Dr. Sandra Turk in Quantum Leap.
You might have also spotted her in the role of Ophelia Avila in Supernatural or the Telemasivo Reporter in Jane the Virgin, among others. In 2018, Smith voiced Hawkgirl in Lego DC Super-Villains.
While fans are going to miss Liam Cunningham in the role of Man-At-Arms, they are also excited to see what Andra and her voice actor are going to do with it!
