Over Jang Nara's Instagram, the actress shared a handwritten letter indicating her announcement and her message to fans.

In a lengthy but heartfelt message, the actress officially announced that she is getting married.
It was then followed by a brief description of Jang Nara's boyfriend, who is six years her junior.
Moreover, she also mentioned that after two years of dating, they have "promised to become one another's life companions."
In addition, the Oh My Baby star also dishes out the qualities that made her fall for him.
"I fell for his beautiful smile, kind and genuine heart, and above all else, the way he is overflowing with sincerity and pours his whole heart into his work," she said.
Jang Nara's wedding announcement also described how "happy" she is with her relationship, and sharing the news with her fans was important since her supporters are "precious" to her.
"The fact that I will be spending my life together with such an amazing person makes me so happy that I couldn't ask for anything more, and I wanted to honestly share my joy with all of you," the Kdrama actress added.
Lastly, she expressed her gratitude to her fans for being with her since her debut and also apologized for not sharing much about her fiance because he "might face discomfort at work" because of the actress.
Who is Jang Nara's Boyfriend?
The 41-year-old actress is hush-hush about her relationship, so announcing her upcoming marriage was a big shock to some.

According to the report, Jang Nara met her boyfriend while working on the 2019 K-drama VIP.

While the South Korean beauty hints that her fiance's career is in line with video work, the outlet revealed that he was a cameraman for the SBS series.

Jang Nara's Father Reacts to His Daughter's Wedding Announcement
While fellow celebrities and friends congratulated the actress on her upcoming marriage, her father, Joo Ho Sung, who is also a theater actor, producer, and director, says he is "delighted" for his daughter's happiness.
As obtained by KBizoom, Jang Nara's father tells YTN that he was able to meet the guy before the announcement.
"It was so nice that he greeted me from the beginning. He also came to greet the elders last year. That's how we naturally became close."
The actor and director also showed Jang Nara's fiancee with nothing but good words and described him as someone who has a "nice personality," and so did his parents.
"Their parents are also really nice. His family background is normal, but they are all kind and great," he added.
Jang Nara is a 41-year-old Korean actress best known for her dramas School 2013, Fated to Love You, The Last Empress, and Oh My Baby.
Her last Kdrama appearance was the 2021 series Sell Your Haunted House with Jung Yong Hwa.
