The new Delicious in Dungeon episode is here, and it features some interesting new characters. This latest episode also had many fans interested in who Erica Mendez voices in the Delicious in Dungeon anime.
Unlike most anime with English dubs which are delayed by a few weeks, Delicious in Dungeon has a simuldub release, meaning fans can watch the English version on the same day as the Japanese version’s release.

Delicious in Dungeon Episode 13 Introduces More New Characters
After the events of episode 12 seemingly spelled the end of Laios and his party’s quest, Delicious in Dungeon episode 13 had some interesting developments involving new characters.
The most interesting new character is Sissel, the elf who previously appeared when Laios delved into the paintings. From the looks of it, Sissel will be a major character the party must face.
Along with Sisel, there’s also the orc, Leed. She is the sister of Zon, who shares his hatred of Tall-Men. Leed is also rather hostile at first, though she helps Laios’ party after finding out that Senshi is her brother’s friend.
Even though her fighting abilities aren’t explored in the new episode, Leed seems to be a capable combatant, especially as she has continued to survive in the dungeon’s fifth floor.

Meet Erica Mendez, the VA of Two Delicious in Dungeon Characters
Voicing Leed in the Delicious in Dungeon English dub is Erica Mendez, a popular dub VA with a wide array of roles over the years.
What’s interesting is that Leed is not Mendez’s first role in the anime. That’s because she also provided the voice of young Laios in the anime’s 11th episode.
Mendez is best known for voicing Megumin in KonoSuba, Gon Freecss in Hunter x Hunter, Ryuko Matoi in Kill la Kill, and Raphtalia in The Rising of the Shield Hero.

Who Voices Leed in the Delicious in Dungeon Japanese Dub?
Meanwhile, Leed’s Japanese VA is Michiyo Murase, a voice actress who has played roles in several Trigger anime.
She is best known for voicing Sucy Manbavaran in Little Witch Academia, Marie Itami in Brand New Animal, and Jill in Deca-Dence.
Delicious in Dungeon will continue with its second cour in the upcoming spring 2024 season.
