Who Is Elias Toufexis and Where Have You Seen Him Before?
Elias Toufexis, who portrays L'ak in the fifth season of Star Trek: Discovery, is a Canadian actor. He has been active since 2000.
One of his first roles was that of Morton in the adaptation of Five People You Meet in Heaven.
He has also appeared in prominent franchises such as Supernatural where he portrayed Webber in one episode.
Toufexis has held both recurring and guest roles in The Expanse science fiction TV series as Kenzo, US Marine, Hybrid, and Monster.
He was among the main cast members in Marisa Romanov while he voiced Seraphim in the adult animation series Blood of Zeus.
The actor has held film roles as well, especially voice roles in animated movies, such as Iago in Max Steel, and Kauji from The Legend of Sarila.
Toufexis is also known for many voice-acting roles in video games. Some of the most prominent ones include Leonidas from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Prometheus in Immortals Fenyx Rising.
L'ak isn't his first Star Trek stint; he voiced Galvan and Hadri in the Star Trek: Resurgence. What is more, he has also previously appeared in Star Trek: Discovery's first season as Cold.
