Twinkling Watermelon is a coming-of-age K-Drama series mixed with time travel. The story follows Ha Eun-gyeol (played by Ryeoun) as he pursues his musical talent despite being a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA).

As a young boy, his father (played by Choi Hyun-wook) has always wanted him to be diligent with his studies. But Eun-gyeol's true passion lies in music.

One day, he visits a mysterious music store that magically transports him back to 1995. There, he meets the younger version of his father, Ha Yi-chan (played by Choi Won-young). He also gets a chance to start his band called Watermelon Sugar.

Where to Watch Twinkling Watermelon?

Twinkling Watermelon made its premiere on tvN on September 25, 2023. The show then released a couple of episodes per week, one on Monday and another on Tuesday. This allowed avid fans to keep watching the series until the finale, which came out on November 14, 2023.

Outside of South Korea, Twinkling Watermelon is available to stream on Viu.

Will Twinkling Watermelon Be on Netflix?

As of this writing, no announcement has been made on whether Twinkling Watermelon will be available on Netflix. Considering the show recently released its finale episode, it's possible that it could still be on its way to the streaming platform.

If this happens, all 16 episodes of Twinkling Watermelon will likely be released at once on the platform.

So far, we're still waiting for an announcement if the show will be available on Netflix or other global streaming platforms.
