There's a lot of interesting isekai series in this year's Summer 2021 lineup. If you're a fan of comedy, one show that's worth checking out is The Dungeon of Black Company. This is perfect for anyone who's ever felt overworked and wants to avoid work as much as possible. Funimation describes the series as:
"In debt and in a new world? Kinji's living a nightmare! Avoiding work is gonna be a tough grind. Does he have what it takes?"
Meikyuu Black Company or The Dungeon of Black Company is a shōnen manga created by Yōhei Yasumura that began serialization in 2016. It follows the story of Kinji Ninomiya, a guy with no work ethic who eventually became rich enough to never work a day in his life.
Unfortunately, this was stripped away from him when a mysterious portal transported him to a fantasy world. Starting over from scratch, Kinji is determined to return to his former lifestyle in this new world.
The anime adaptation by Silver Link premiered last July 9, 2021.
