One of the many isekai anime in the line-up of the Spring anime season is Skeleton Knight in Another World which is a top pick for the viewers. With the series gaining interest, a lot of fans are looking into whether Skeleton Knight in Another World is dubbed in English and if yes, when the dub release date is expected to arrive.
From the light novels of Ennki Hakari and KeG, Skeleton Knight in Another World is published on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō since October 2014 which was later taken by Overlap.
Since 2015, there have been ten volumes released. There is also a manga adaptation of the same name by Akira Sawano under Overlap’s Comic Gardo.
Skeleton Knight in Another World follows the story of a gamer who reincarnated as his avatar in an online game and he was shocked when he realized that his facial features became a skeleton because of a special avatar skin he availed.
He decides to hide and look for the inhabitants of the game, however, upon seeing two women in danger, Lauren and Rita Farren, he saved them and introduced himself as Arc.
The anime series releases weekly every Thursday on Crunchyroll which gives their premium subscribers exclusive access to the shows in their library.
When Will Skeleton Knight in Another World be Dubbed in English?
Great news for the fans and viewers of Skeleton Knight in Another World as Crunchyroll made the anime series available with an English dubbed version.
It started releasing last April 28, 2022, and new episodes will be out weekly, on the same day as the original Japanese version with English subtitles, albeit a few Skeleton Knight episodes behind.
The English dub voice cast includes Brandon Johnson as Arc, Emi Lo as Ponta, Caitlin Glass as Ariane, Krystal LaPorte as Lauren, and Marisa Duran as Rita.
Additional voices are Matthew David Rudd, Kevin D. Thelwell, Corey Phillips, David Lu, Dominique North, Greg Silva, Erica Muse, Jeff Jiffers, Anthony Bowling, Alex Mai and more.
Jason Lord directed the English dubbed version.
Skeleton Knight in Another World releases every Thursday at 11:30 PM JST/ 7:30 AM PT/ 9:30 AM CT/ 10:30 AM EST/ 3:30 PM BST.
