What Happened on Baddies East Season 4 Episode 16?
Baddies East Season 4 premiered on September 17, 2023, boasting a total of sixteen episodes, the last one of which just aired on Zeus Network.
Titled Baddies East: Jamaica Me Crazy, the episode mainly focused on one particular event: Smiley's medical emergency.
While out drinking in Jamaica, Smiley, whose real name is Krystal Borrego, appeared to be having fun with the rest of the cast. However, four shots in, she seemed to suddenly pass out and needed medical attention.
The whole incident was caught on camera, leaving fans of Baddies East concerned for her health – so, what happened to Smiley? Here's what we know.

What Happened to Smiley on the Latest Baddies East Episode?
Smiley is a relative newcomer on Baddies East, joining the cast in Season 4. Coming from Miami, Florida, the 27-year-old was originally a contestant on Baddies East Auditions.
During Smiley's run on the show, she has clashed with Mariahlynn and even her sister, Strawberry.
In real life, Smiley turned up her musical career after Baddies East as she recently collaborated with T-Money on creating a diss track titled F**k Ya Family, and even released her own official music video Better Not Fight.
Smiley Addresses Her Apparent Seizure on Baddies East
Smiley was not going to let the fans and Zeus Network off the hook for using such a vulnerable moment on the show. She also took issue with fans who commented on the incident suggesting she might have faked the whole thing.
She hosted an Instagram Live (@jordans_n_diamondsss) to address the debacle and explained:
"I was f*cked up. I was vomiting on myself, bruh. I was throwing up on myself. I had vomit in my mouth. But clearly b*tches say I was lying? I was faking? It's no heart. It's no heart. And that's f*cked up. God forbid that sh*t ever happens to anyone of you all."
Baddies East Cast Show Concern For Smiley
Smiley's fellow Baddies East cast members were concerned for her as she was taken to the van for medical attention. While everyone seemed to be convinced that she only had too much to drink for a non-drinker, the cast commented it was a "serious" case. However, they did not elaborate on what that could mean.
It is worth mentioning that symptoms of an alcohol overdose can lead to seizure, along with "dulled responses" such as no gag reflex and "difficulty remaining conscious", which seemed to happen to Smiley in the Baddies East episode.
Meanwhile, the official synopsis for the series omits Smiley's emergency and instead reads:
