Fans are obsessed with Netflix's Squid Game and most, if not all, can't get enough of it. Viewers have fallen in love with all the characters in the film, and their attention can't be taken away from the screen with the undeniable great cinematic writing of Squid Game.

Naturally, there will be a lot of news post-release of the series. What's shocking is how fans went as far as to replace the faces of the actors in a video. The clip of Squid Game characters being replaced by American actors is currently going viral.

With the most recent success Squid Game, it was only natural for the show to get a parody of its own.

Unexpectedly, a video uploaded on YouTube back in October 3 is going viral. The video, titled Squid Game American Casting Remake Version: Starring Keanu Reeves, Zendaya, Josh Hartnett is, currently, being passed around online. Check it here.

Even Gong Yoo, who played as the recruiter in the series, was also replaced with Brad Pitt's face. Lee Jung Jae's face, on the other hand, was swapped with Keanu Reeves.

Reactions from fans of Squid Game were very much positive as it was something that showed a comedic undertone.

Squid GameHollywood Adaptation Happening?

It's not really a surprise if there will be a Hollywood adaptation of Squid Game, but it would likely not be the same. These speculations made rounds following the success the show and it being an original Korean series makes it Hollywood adaptation worthy.

But, the truth of the matter is, it is most very unlikely to happen and it shouldn't. Squid Game should stay as it is. For what it's worth, there have been several Hollywood adaptations of Asian films and shows that have been botched.
