There shouldn’t be an excuse to get antsy for Walker Season 2 Episode 10. After all, the new episode we saw tonight only deepened our feelings for Jared Padalecki’s remake of the 1993 classic.

Lindsey Morgan, who played Walker's (Padalecki) Ranger partner Micki Ramirez, has already left the show. Micki was also in a committed relationship with Trey (Jeff Pierre), who is now alone in Austin, contemplating his life without her.

Now, when will see what’s going to happen next?

Walker Season 2 Episode 10 Return Date

Right off the bat: there will be no new episode next week. The network appears to be planning a lengthy hiatus for the series, and you won't be seeing it again for quite some time.

The earliest it might return is Thursday, Feb. 24. The decision not to run directly against the Olympics may have contributed to the delay in acquiring new episodes, at least in part. That's going to be huge competition, and many large networks are avoiding it.

The second bad news is that, because this episode is still so far away, we don't have a lot of fresh information to give. For example, there is currently no synopsis containing extra information about what's coming up next.

However, there will undoubtedly be some familial conflict as well as other opportunities for Padalecki to shine. We also believe that, following Morgan's departure, Walker is still transitioning and that this could continue for the rest of the season.

Could a Walker Season 3 Happen?

There's no official word yet, but TV Series Finale provides us an idea of how live TV ratings are doing and things are looking good for Walker Season 3. In the demo, the show is ranked third out of nine scripted shows on the network. When the average audience estimates are taken into account, it comes in first.

These figures are outstanding. Despite the fact that the show has lost a significant portion of its demo and audience since its premiere, the bulk of CW shows have. This will have no impact on the renewal. Being one of the network's most popular series ensures that it will be renewed.

We also know that The CW does not cancel shows until they have reached syndication levels after their first seasons. Walker is expected to reach at least 88 episodes, so Walker Season 3 is necessary.
