Toy Story 4's Duke Caboom has a Small Cameo in The Incredibles II

Toy Story 4 brought the box office back to life this weekend, and the movie introduces us to a new character in the form of Keanu Reeves' Duke Caboom. What's interesting is, Caboom actually has a cameo in a previous Pixar film, The Incredibles II.

It's always been tradition for Pixar to have a movie hint at what's coming after. Nemo from Finding Nemo appeared in Monsters Inc. as one of Boo's toys, and Lotso from Toy Story 3 had a small cameo in Up. No doubt Toy Story 4 had some hint to the next Pixar film of 2020, Onward.

While I personally thought that Toy Story 3 was a more perfect ending to the franchise, I thought TS 4 was still a fun romp. Sure the adventure didn't go as wild as the first three movies, but the film still had a lot of heart and fantastic animation. Do you even see how amazing Bo Peep looks in this movie? They made sure she looked like she was made of porcelain!

For now it looks like Pixar is finally going to focus on original films moving forward. We have the fantasy film Onward starring Tom Holland and Chris Pratt next year, plus a movie called Soul from the director of Inside Out Pete Docter. Hopefully we get a good look at both movies before the year ends.
