Tony Awards 2019: Beetlejuice Calls Out Adam Driver for Killing Han Solo

The Tony Awards have come and gone, and it gives us some great performances from the best Broadway shows of the past year. What's funny though is that Adam Driver was in attendance, and during one of the Beetlejuice numbers (with Alex Brightman), he got called out for killing Han Solo.

Watch this:

While Driver is certainly known for Star Wars now, that hasn't stopped him from being one of the most versatile actors in Hollywood. He still does his small films like Patterson, and he also stars in some Oscar movies like BlacKkKlansman; it's also worth mentioning he's starring in Jim Jarmusch's comedy/horror The Dead Don't Die.

As for his theater work, Driver is currently starring in a revival of Burn This alongside his The Rise of Skywalker co-star Keri Russell. We don't know if Russell's Zorri Bliss shares any scenes with Kylo Ren yet, but Star Wars has shown us a thing or two about Dark Lords hiring sleazy bounty hunters to do their bidding.

We don't know when the next trailer for TROS will drop officially, but the movie is set to hold a panel in SDCC 2019. Assuming this is where they'll drop the full trailer for The Rise of Skywalker, hopefully, we get a good idea of the plot and where Kylo Ren currently stands after claiming himself as the supreme leader of the First Order in the last movie.

Catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in theaters Dec. 20.
