In the previous episode, Katagiri Yuichi received a phone call from an unknown man who was detaining Kokorogi Yutori. Yuichi followed the man's instructions to save her and went to Kokorogi's location by himself.

When he arrived, he was greeted by a cunning man named Kuroki and his thugs. They will play a special edition of the Tomodachi Game, according to Kuroki.

It is unknown how Kuroki and his thugs became aware of Manabu-kun, the games, and their participants.

Kuroki, on the other hand, invites Yuichi to play the Weak Win Game. The rules are simple: Yuichi must endure three rounds of physical pain inflicted by the thugs.

If Yuichi declines his offer, his secret will be revealed because Kuroki is aware of his past.

However, there is a special rule that will endanger Kokorogi instead. Kokorogi can choose to sacrifice herself and suffer physical pain. It would be beneficial for Kokorogi and Yutori if they shared the physical pain.

Goriki's punch induces the first round of physical pain. If Kokorogi accepts the punch, she will only be hit once.

Yuichi, on the other hand, will be punched three times.

Due to Kokorogi's indecision, Yuichi is automatically chosen as the first recipient.

Fortunately, Yuichi was not in excruciating pain because Goriki doesn't hit that hard.

The removal of nails causes the second round of physical pain. While Kokorogi initially wishes to be the victim, Yuichi steps in and takes her place.

Finally, knife gouging causes the third round of physical pain. Yuichi intervenes once more to save Kokorogi from the heinous abuse.

Despite resisting each round of pain, Yuichi desires vengeance and begins to provoke Kuroki. Yuichi questions Kuroki on why he became the thugs' leader despite his appearance and vibes.

Kuroki responded that he was the smartest, had the most guts, and would never betray any of his friends.

To Yuichi's delight, he proposes a new game. Yuichi offered Kuroki 10 million yen in prize money if he was defeated. In addition, he will give each member of the group a one-million-yen bonus.

This piqued everyone's interest in the game, leading to Kuroki's eventual agreement. Yuichi challenges Kuroki, threatening to cut each of the latter's fingers if he loses. They'll be playing a game called Rock, Paper, Fingers.

Yuichi can only throw rocks and paper because his hands were injured in the previous round of physical pain. Yuichi, on the other hand, is always ready to play by any means necessary.

He enticed Kuroki to play paper versus his other hand, which is capable of throwing scissors. Yuichi thus won the game, and Kuroki's five fingers would be severed.

Yuichi wanted to cut Kuroki's fingers, but there were plenty of thugs who could stop him. Tenji and the Tomodachi Game management arrive just in time to put an end to it all.

Yuichi faints from blood loss just as he is about to cut Kuroki's fingers. While Maria and the others discussed Yuichi's condition and Makoto Shibe's situation, Kokorogi and Tenji assisted him.

According to Maria, they can still save Shibe from imprisonment by participating in the fourth game.

While Yuichi is unable to participate, he manages to connect with Kokorogi and Tenji. Yuichi considers friendship to be more important than money.

As a result, he pushed Kokorogi and Tenji to play the fourth game even if it meant incurring a 500-million-yen debt.

The last Tomodachi Game episode, like the others, ended on a cliffhanger. In the fourth game, what will happen to Tenji and Kokorogi? Where is Shiho Sawaragi? What will become of Yuichi?
