Cameras have begun rolling for the Marvel Cinematic Universe's third Spider-Man film but apparently, Tom Holland has yet to start filming his scenes contrary to initial belief from fans that he's part of the October shoots. The Marvel actor isn't shy about giving away details (oftentimes by accident) about the MCU films he's been a part of and this time, he gave fans an idea just when exactly his Spidey returns to action.

Talking about the highly anticipated film during his father's In-Vision podcast (via MCU Direct), Tom revealed that he'll only be able to start working on Spider-Man 3 after he's done filming scenes for his Uncharted project. In one part of their conversation, Dominic Holland says: "No, that's why Nicky [Nicola Frost] said 'Listen, Dom, hop on a plane because you won't see Tom until March.' Hopefully, you can come back at Christmas." This could imply that Tom could make his way to New York in November to begin filming his scenes.

Even though production has kicked off last week for the upcoming MCU offering, a lot of mystery still surrounds Spider-Man 3. Fans have been talking about it nonstop for weeks but in my view, the hype for it seemingly died after Sony dismissed the online rumors circulating that both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield were in actual talks to be in the film. Still, even if it doesn't end up being a full-blown Spider-Verse film, the yet-to-be-titled third Spider-Man sequel is something true blue Marvel fans should all be excited about.

Spider-Man 3 is rumored to hit cinemas next year.
