Tom Hiddleston Reveals Loki's Plan of Action in Season 2

We already know that Tom Hiddleston is returning in Loki Season 2 and that means we'll get to know how the God of Mischief dealt with being sent to a different universe. But what exactly is Loki's plan of action in the second season? Hiddleston revealed what the Asgardian is planning to do next in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series.

In the Loki season finale, Loki and Sylvie finally got to meet He Who Remains, who revealed he created the singular timeline after stopping a multiversal war started by his own Variants. He also confirmed that his death would release the multiverse all over again.

Keeping him alive was certainly important in stopping another war. Still, this wasn't enough to prevent Sylvie from killing He Who Remains and unleashing the multiverse. But before doing so, she sends Loki back to the TVA in what turns out to be a different universe.

It's a difficult situation for Loki but Hiddleston told Empire that the God of Mischief only has one thing in mind.

"I don't think he will stop searching [for Sylvie] now," Hiddleston said. "He feels that this is something he has done, a mistake that he has made, and he's invested in setting it right."

It's not exactly a huge surprise that Loki is determined to be reunited with Sylvie. In addition to the connection they had while they were on Lamentis, the Variant might be the only one who can help Loki fix this disaster.

We're certainly hoping that Hiddleston will be reunited with Sophia Di Martino for Loki Season 2. Hopefully, we'll get to see this as soon as the second season gets an update.

Loki Season 2 has not yet been given an official release date. In the meantime, you can watch all of the episodes of the first season on Disney+.
