It's been a crazy 48 hours for a lot of us who are active on social media after news broke out that Avengers star Chris Evans shockingly leaked his own nude photo. Be it by accident or on purpose, we still have no clue by now.
Thor actress Kat Dennings chimes in on the heated controversy, praising netizens for giving her Marvel co-star some much-needed privacy and respect. Kat also urged her followers to give women the same amount of understanding when something like that happens to them.
Taking to Twitter, Dennings wrote: "The public respect for Chris Evans' privacy/feelings is wonderful. Wouldn't it be nice if it extended to women when this kind of thing happens?"
Evans' younger brother Scott also reacted to the Instagram mishap and seemingly acted naively amid all the social media brouhaha. Also sounding off on Twitter, Scott said: "Was off social media for the day yesterday. So. What'd I miss?" Oof. You can check out his tweet below:
Evans has yet to break his social media silence following the incident which took place over the weekend but considering the fact that he isn't as Instagram-savvy as a lot of us, I think it's best that we take it easy on Captain America, right? Also, don't be surprised if he ends up deleting his IG account altogether just a few months into using the photo-sharing application.
