But keep reading because The Gainesville Times has some exciting Tales of the Walking Dead news. This month, filming for this series will begin in Buford, Georgia.

The episodic anthology spinoff is set to begin filming in Hall County on Tuesday, Jan. 18, according to the paper. A faux "Mini Mart" convenience store and a prop "2 Panchos" Mexican restaurant have been fashioned at 5711 Holiday Road. A location agreement has also revealed Stalwart Productions LLC has rented the site for roughly 53 days for a donation of $30,000.

Gainesville Times reports the payment will be used for future equipment and gear purchases by the Friends of Hall County Fire Services Fund.
