Production for The Suicide Squad is well underway. The film will be featuring a new addition of characters, and among the actors expected in the upcoming movie is Thor: Ragnarok star Idris Elba. There's a lot of speculations surrounding his role, but Elba offers us a little tease about it.
In a recent interview with Variety at the red carpet premiere of Cats, Elba was asked about the character he would be playing in the film. At first, you would think he is free to reveal such information, but the actor decides to troll with his fans. "Oh yeah, I can totally tell you who he is," he said, "He's…" he then looks at the camera, whispers a few words that he intentionally made inaudibly and smiled. The interviewer asked him to repeat it again, but he just said, "Oh well." You can check it out below.
Well, we didn't get any definitive answers from Elba with regards to his character. However, some fans have speculated that he'll be playing Vigilante, with others hoping that he'll be the Bronze Tiger. Regardless of his role, fans can't wait to see Elba play one of these characters onscreen.
Aside from Elba, The Suicide Squad will also include the likes of John Cena, Viola Davis, Taika Waititi, and Daniela Melchoir.
