The Rise of Skywalker Soundtrack Might Have Confirmed Plot Leaks

The Rise of Skywalker soundtrack was recently released on the Disney Awards site as part of the For Your Consideration submission for John Williams' work for the Best Original Score nomination. However, these tracks were eventually taken down, but not before some fans got a screenshot of them. And what these tracks entail might confirm the leaks going around regarding the film.

The soundtrack isn't available for fans to listen to as of the moment. And given that it was taken down, this suggests that Lucasfilm isn't ready to put it out to the world yet. Considering how secretive they are when it comes to their movies, it's no surprise that the tracks were deleted.

That being said, a Redditor managed to get a screenshot of all 23 soundtracks for the film. Some of the songs' titles can be easily understood, especially if you'd been following the trailers, TV spots, and interviews regarding the upcoming film. But there are some that seemingly confirmed plot leaks.

If you are curious about the story, you might have already checked out JediPaxis' leaks about Episode IX. In the soundtrack, one song was titled "Healing Wounds" which pertains to a leaked scene where Rey stabs Kylo through his chest but proceeds to use her healing ability on Kylo to save him.

Another song titled "Coming Together" could pertain to various scenarios depending on how you look at it. A scene that could be connected to this song is when Kylo Ren and Rey team up against Palpatine. Or it could be the part when the Sideous "bonds" both characters together to harness their powers.

It is important to note that these are just speculations and that some of the leaks haven't been confirmed yet. But we'll soon find out when Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker premieres December 20.
