Fortune and luck continue to be on Jahy’s side, putting her in a good mood. Things are slowly falling into place, and we’re probably going to see Jahy fight the magical girl soon. Meanwhile, Druj is not doing too well and needs more scolding from Jahy.

The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! Episode 13 Recap
Jahy is working at the beach since her boss and landlord have to help her uncle with his beachside shop. However, once they got there, misfortune seemed to be surrounding the whole beach area. The uncle’s back gave out, the weather worsened, and the shop had fewer customers than usual. Considering all the unfortunate things happening, Jahy was sure a large mana crystal was somewhere within the area. Eventually, she stopped working at the shop and started looking for the mana crystal. However, due to the unfortunate situations the humans kept getting into, she ended up having to save all of them so that they wouldn’t get in the way of her search.
At the end of the day, Jahy was starting to become disappointed with herself, considering that she has been on a roll lately — especially after easily getting a large mana crystal in the previous episode. But during the sunset, the boss pointed out the shards of light coming from the ocean. It turns out that there was an abundance of mana crystal shards around the water this whole time.
Druj hasn’t been happy lately due to the volume of work that she’s been doing. When she spotted Jahy on the way to work, she immediately went to her. But since Jahy’s been in a good mood lately, she was not insulting Druj but praising and comforting her instead. This left her unsatisfied. She misses how Jahy was treating her back in the Dark Realm when she kept mistreating her like a slave. Jahy sort of panics because she thinks that Druj figured out one of her lies. Druj says that perhaps Jahy is becoming more like a human after all their time in the human world. Jahy manages to save her image, telling Druj that she’s still the same person. With all the mana crystals Jahy has gathered so far, she’s now ready to fight the magical girl.
