A couple in Hilo, who refused to name themselves pressed charges against Ezra Miller after the actor allegedly threatened to murder them and stole from them.

The couple issued a temporary restraining order after the actor who apparently stayed with them for over a week, bursts into their room and threatened to kill them. The document also states, "[Ezra Miller] is famous and wealthy; this makes access to weapons much easier, as well as sending associates to harass [the couple.]" Along with a wallet, the actor reportedly took social security card, passport, driver's license and bank cards. At the time of writing, these items have not yet been returned to the couple.

During the couple's time in Hilo, where Miller was recently arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment at a bar, police reports claim that the actor was yelling at customers and bar patrons who were singing karaoke. Miller then grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts. It was also reported that the bar's owner tried to calm the actor several times, but the actor refused and continued pestering the bar. Ezra Miller's bail was $500, which the couple paid.

Not long after the controversy, Miller is facing another more serious restraining order against him. Miller had reportedly been staying with the couple for over a week and they had been showing Miller around the town.

The Hawai'i Police Department has not issued any statement yet about Miller's current restraining order from the couple, aside from the report that the authorities are still investigating the matter. However, Miller is now banned to visit the couple's home, workplace, and he can no longer contact them in any form.

Ezra Miller will be starring in the upcoming highly-anticipated film, DC's The Flash which will be the character's first solo film after 2017's Justice League. Warner Bros. hasn't released any statement regarding Ezra Miller's current situation, and if it will affect the actor's upcoming appearances.
