The Flash alum Logan Williams passed away in April 2020 at the age of 16. Over a year later, Canada's BC Coroners Service confirmed the late actor's official cause of death.

According to their report, Williams died from an accidental fentanyl overdose, which was listed as "unintentional illicit drug toxicity (fentanyl) in their report.

"Toxicological analysis detected fentanyl in a range where lethal outcomes have been reported. Even small amounts of fentanyl have been shown to be potentially toxic," the coroner said.

In May 2020, a preliminary toxicology report claimed that Williams' death was caused by accidental acute drug toxicity, which supported the actor's official cause of death.

The report also revealed that Williams struggled with mental health concerns for years, and he had also been taking drugs.

"His death is not going to be in vain. He's going to help a lot of people down the road. [He] really, really enjoyed the acting," she said.
