Currently, Hugh Jackman, who played Logan for 17 years on the big screen continues to be a favorite amongst fans. The Australian actor has long been aware of the fans' desire to see his version of Wolverine in the MCU and in return, he's been teasing his rumored arrival to the billion-dollar franchise.

However, some folks believe that the role should be given to a new actor, preferably someone who is a complete unknown which of course, makes a ton of sense. There are also fans who think The Boys actor Antony Starr should portray the role and you'd be surprised at the number of people who genuinely want it to happen.

Now, amidst the fan casting, Instagram artist @spdrmnkyxxiii recently shared an awesome fan art depicting Starr as the claw-slashing, cigar-smoking mutant and I gotta say, I can totally see it. How about you? Check it out below:

As it stands, Marvel Studios is still keeping fans in the dark regarding the X-Men reboot and while some folks are under the impression that the studio will finally make the major announcement at next month's San Diego Comic-Con, the MCU's current slate is incredibly stacked so it would be safe to assume that they'll hold it off until the time is right.

Hopefully, Kevin Feige and his team will nail the casting.

Meanwhile, The Boys Season 3 is streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime.
