There's been a lot of excitement building up over Matt Reeve's The Batman movie, and while there hasn't been that much information about the film, the project has slowly been moving into pre-production with Warner Brothers casting actors like Robert Pattinson as the DC Extended Universe's new Dark Knight.
While Warner Brothers has yet to announce the rest of the cast of the movie, there have been many rumors going around saying that the film would feature many of the Dark Knight's classic heroes.
Speaking in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter back in January, Reeves hinted at the plot of the movie.
"It's more Batman in his detective mode than we've seen in the films," Reeves said in his interview with The Hollywood Reporter, "The comics have a history of that. He's supposed to be the world's greatest detective, and that's not necessarily been a part of what the movies have been. I'd love this to be one where when we go on that journey of tracking down the criminals and trying to solve a crime."
Now, it looks like some are hoping that Riddler might be one of those criminals that Batman tries to chase down in the movie and it looks like those people are hoping that Good Omens and Doctor Who star David Tennant play the part.
Taking to Instagram, an artist decided to share a fan-made photo featuring Tennant as the Riddler.

Complete with the villain's trademark green suit, his hat, and cane, Tennant definitely looks like he'd be perfect for the part. Though the Riddler is a bit different, Tennant has had comic book experience working on Jessica Jones as the Purple Man/ Kilgrave. The actor would make the perfect Riddler if you'd ask us.
The Batman is set for release on June 25, 2021.
