Crosshair has been that one member of Clone Force 99 who went through a lot in Star Wars: The Bad Batch. He had to be separated from his brothers in the premiere episode when he responded to his inhibitor chip and has been going after them ever since. However, Episode 15 found Crosshair reunited with The Bad Batch and fans just can't stop talking about what happened to the clone.
In The Bad Batch Episode 15, it was revealed that Crosshair and the Galactic Empire had brought Hunter back to Kamino. This isn't just about bringing him back home; they were springing a trap on the rest of Clone Force 99 who Crosshair believed would do anything to get Hunter back.
Crosshair wasn't wrong as the team launched a rescue mission to retrieve Hunter. As they were all reunited on the training grounds we first saw in the premiere episode, Crosshair admitted to his brothers that he took it personally when they left him behind. However, he's determined to give them a chance to join the Empire, even if it meant taking down his own elite troops.
That's not the only bombshell that Crosshair dropped in the episode. As Hunter tells him that he was being controlled by his inhibitor chip, Crosshair reveals that the chip had been removed a long time ago and that all his actions were his own.
We're not sure if Crosshair is bluffing or if he is telling the truth. However, Hunter is determined not to leave his brother behind again. This time, he stuns Crosshair and the whole team escapes as the Empire destroys Tipoca City.
It is great to see that the Bad Batch has been reunited and people are hoping that Crosshair will realize that his brothers are doing the right thing. Needless to say, we can't wait to see what happens when he wakes up in the final episode of The Bad Batch.
