As excited as Swifties are to dig into the singer's recent release, their criticisms of The Life of a Showgirl album outshone the highly anticipated creation.
Taylor Swift, however, had a different response to those going "anti" on her 12th track collection.
What Did Taylor Swift Tell Anti-The Life of a Showgirl Critics?

During an interview with Apple Music on Tuesday, Taylor took the time to address the ongoing criticisms and backlash The Life of a Showgirl had been receiving since its debut.
Apart from the AI allegations regarding promo videos and lyrics, fans have dubbed the Showgirl collection as her 'weakest' one to date. To that, Taylor decided to respond cheekily.
"I welcome the chaos," she said with a smile, "The rule of show business is, if it's the first week of my album release and you are saying either my name or my album title, you're helping." And in a way, she's right, considering the number of trends Showgirl had gone through on social media platforms.
The Grammy winner added, though, that she has "a lot of respect" for "subjective opinions on art."
"I'm not the art police," she quipped in the interview, "It's like, everybody is allowed to feel exactly how they want, and what our goal is as entertainers is to be a mirror."
She also noted that some listeners may not connect with her songs at first since it's not a reflection of how their lives align at that time: "Oftentimes, an album is a really, really wild way to look at yourself, right?"
"What you're going through in your life is going to affect whether you relate to the music that I'm putting out at any given moment," she explained further, as several lyrics in the Showgirl album center around her relationship with fiancé Travis Kelce.
Ultimately, the Fate of Ophelia songwriter said, "I have such an eye on legacy when I'm making my music. I know what I made. I know I adore it."
Why Fans Have Been Upset About Taylor's Latest Album

While Taylor's words ring true when it comes to fans who tend to jump on the hate wagon so easily, The Life of a Showgirl faces serious allegations about the singer and her team's utilization of AI in promo videos, as well as some of the lyrics.
As fans pointed out, there had been visual discrepancies across the videos, which included shadows from a window, the 'animation' behind the dumbbells, and even some distorted images that are more often than not telltale signs that it was generated through AI platforms.
The question of whether they actually used AI remains to be answered, as the 35-year-old Grammy winner herself has yet to address it. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
