2PM member Taecyeon and actress Won Ji An will work together in a new drama.
Both Taecyeon and Won Ji An have released hit K-dramas in the past years. The idol-turned-actor starred in the drama series Blind, Secret Royal Inspector & Joy, Vincenzo, Save Me, Bring It On Ghost, Who Are You, Dream High, and Cinderella’s Stepsister, to name a few.
As for Won Ji An, she notably appeared in the K-dramas like If You Wish Upon Me, Hope of Dope 2, Hope or Dope, and D.P.
The two notable stars will work on their first project together.

Taecyeon, Won Ji An To Lead My Heart Is Beating (Heart Beats)
iMBC released a report confirming Taecyeon and Won Ji An’s appearance in a new fantasy romance drama.
The upcoming KBS2 series, My Heart Is Beating/Heart Beats, explores the life of half-human and half-vampire, Seon Woo Hyul. He starts living together with Joo In Hae, with whom he finds true warmth.
Taecyeon will play the role of Seon Woo Hyul. He is fond of trying things that are introduced to the world for the first time. One day, he walks into a cave and eats something to become a human for a special reason.

On the other hand, Won Ji An will be a part-time school nurse Joo In Hae. She grew up in a poor family, leading her to try all the part-time jobs she knows to survive. Amid her cold side, she finally grows into a person with a warm heart after meeting Seon Woo Hyul.
The K-drama will start filming soon as it aims to release its episodes beginning in the second half of 2023.
2PM To Be Featured in K-pop Generation
Taecyeon’s boy group, 2PM, will be one of the top K-pop groups that will be featured in TVING upcoming documentary, K-pop Generation.
The show released its main posters featuring K-pop stars, including Super Junior’s Leeteuk, EXO’s Suho, Highlight, SHINee’s Minho, MAMAMOO’s Hwasa, NCT’s Doyoung, TXT, ENHYPEN, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, STRAY KIDS, and AleXA. Foreign artists like SB19, NiziU, and JO1 will also appear.
“Not only did I intend to express the pleasant atmosphere of K-pop, but I also wanted to express a world full of vitality and unpredictability in which no one knows where and how it will unfold,” artist Noh Sang Ho, who designed the main poster, said.
K-pop Generation will premiere on Jan. 26.
