As of now, there has been no indication that The Mandalorian series is reaching its end as the third season is already on its way, and the character recently played a big role in The Book of Boba Fett series. Season 4 of The Mandalorian is currently in development. When the series reaches its end, it will be a surprise to Pascal. "I have no idea," Pascal said when he was asked if he knows how the series will end. "Like, look into my eyes, I have no idea."

Star Wars: The Mandalorian series as well as its lead character have already become a big part of the Star Wars lore. Several cameos from characters like Ahsoka Tano and Luke Skywalker as well as bringing characters from animated shows like Bo-Kratan Kryze have helped the show make its mark in the whole franchise. At this point, anything is possible as Season 3 will feature Din Djarin journeying to Mandalore.

Speaking about the upcoming The Mandalorian Season 3, Pedro Pascal is very excited to see the relationship between The Mandalorian and Grogu continue to evolve. The last time they were seen, Grogu chose Din Djarin over the ways of the Jedi with Luke Skywalker. "That's the fascinating thing because we're also seeing Grogu develop his power more and more and more and to harness it in the right way," Pascal said during the interview. "I think is the most important thing for any parent is to have their child exist in its biggest potential but it not to get out of hand, I would assume. That's an interesting challenge, the bond just gets deeper and deeper. what I live is that, 'Who is protecting who?' is gonna be the thing that starts to oscillate."

Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 3 is set to be released on February 2023.
