The first episode of The Mandalorian has just dropped but showrunner Jon Favreau wants fans to know that the second season of the Star Wars series is already on the way. The creator of the new Disney+ show has just posted a new photo from the set of The Mandalorian Season 2.
Favreau shared the image on his official Instagram account. Check it out below.
Okay, so there's not much to go on here but it looks like the titular character will manage to keep his helmet unscathed. But then again, this could just be one of several helmets used on the set of the second season and there could be at least one or two that have somehow been damaged out there.
The Mandalorian premiered with a truly exciting episode that had people talking about the surprise at the end. In Chapter One, the bounty hunter realized that The Client had actually sent him out to procure an infant that appears to be the same species as Yoda. Not surprisingly, this could mean that the first season will feature a potential Force user who could prove to be important to the entire galaxy. We're already looking forward to what will happen next in the Star Wars series.
The title of the second episode of the show's first season is simply Chapter Two and it could mean more fights for the titular Mandalorian as he battles scavengers who are also interested in his bounty. The Rick Famuyiwa-directed episode will premiere on Disney+ on November 15.
