Star Wars: Mark Hamill and the Crew Would Tease Frank Oz with the Yoda Voice

While everyone knows the story of Star Wars, there are some fans who also love finding out what happened behind the scenes. What's funny is, in an old interview with Conan O'Brien, Mark Hamill revealed that he and the crew used to make fun of Frank Oz on the set of Empire Strikes Back.

Check it out:

Basically, Hamill talks about working with Yoda for three months, and whenever the crew would take a break, everyone would start talking in a Yoda voice and spoke backward as well.

It's funny since Mark Hamill basically followed in Frank Oz's steps after Star Wars and started doing mostly voice acting jobs. I guess the big difference is that Oz is a professional puppeteer and Hamill is not, but they both got it when it comes to making funny voices for different characters.

Just recently Hamill had been showing off his Harrison Ford impression, and everyone is loving it, even Ford himself. He doesn't just get the voice right, but he also gets the cynical tone of Ford down to a tee. I bet whenever he's on set people will start asking him to try out different voices of his co-stars.

For now, we're set to see Hamill make a return in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. While some expect him to be a Force Ghost, I have a feeling that we're going to see him in some flashbacks, maybe during the time of Kylo Ren's Jedi temple massacre. That's all just speculation, so we'll just have to wait for the movie to find out what's what.

Catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker when it hits theaters Dec.20.
