Star Wars Actor John Boyega Bashes Racist White People in Viral New Video

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker star John Boyega has a very angry message against racists and racism.

Expressing outrage against the death of an unarmed African American man in the hands of the police in the US, John Boyega decided to take to Twitter with an uncompromising post.

Writing with direct candor, Boyega told his followers that "really f***ing hates racists," adding on tweets that said that "WHITE on Black racism" was running the world.

Earlier this week, African-American man George Floyd died after a white Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for an extended period of time despite pleas saying that he couldn't breathe. The video of the incident shows Floyd pleading with the police to remove himself off his neck, however, the officer refuses to listen to his requests. Floyd eventually appears motionless with the police officer's knee on his neck.

Floyd was later taken to the hospital where he was announced dead on arrival.

The horrifying incident has taken the world by storm, sparking outrage against police brutality and against racism.

Boyega has joined the protest against the unjustified killing of George Floyd, writing posts on Twitter and sharing videos on Instagram.

Boyega's posts on Twitter had sparked discussion about Black against White racism, and so the actor had to clarify on Instagram what he meant.

"There's no way that I have the opinion that there's no other forms of racism. Of course there's other forms of racism," the Star Wars actor said in an impassioned voice on a video on Instagram.

"But a black man was just murdered in cold blood in the street Stateside again, while saying he can't breathe. That's a continuous cycle going on. Although I don't live in the States, I'm black."

Boyega of course isn't the only celebrity taking to social media to support the campaign against racism. Beyonce, Ariana Grande, and Cardi B have all posted about George Floyd's death, saying that they are tired and angry that racism continues to exist.
