Star Wars: Andor Releases Its First TV Spot With New Footage

After the Star Wars: Andor series has been in production for years, fans finally got a first look at the upcoming series earlier this year during the Star Wars Celebration, with a new TV spot for the series including new footage from the Disney+ show.

The recently released TV spot features dialogues from several characters, reminding the fans that, despite the title being Andor, it won’t entirely focus on Diego Luna’s Cassian Andor, though he will obviously be a very integral component of the story.

You can check out the new TV spot for the upcoming Star Wars: Andor below:

The upcoming Star Wars: Andor series will be exploring a new perspective from the galaxy far, far away, focusing on the journey of Cassian Andor to discover the difference he can make. The show will bring forward the tale of the rebellion against the Empire and how the people and planets became involved. The show will be taking place in an era filled with danger, deception, and intrigue where Andor will go on a path that is destined to make him into a rebel hero.

Star Wars: Andor

Star Wars: Andor series stars Diego Luna as Cassian Ando. He is joined by cast members Adria Arjona, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Genevieve O'Reilly, and Stellan Skarsgård. The executive producers of the show include Kathleen Kennedy Sanne Wohlenberg, Diego Luna, and Michelle Rejwan. Tony Gilroy is the creator and showrunner of the Star Wars: Andor series.

Earlier this month, Diego Luna teased the importance of the entire cast in the adventure.

"Even though it's called Andor, it's about a revolution," Luna said during an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "It's an ensemble. It's about a group of people. It's about community. You'll have the chance to meet many characters you don't know and visit places you don't know existed in this galaxy."
